SE for Managing the Spiral. The Structural Enneagram builds on the traditional Enneagram of Personality. Both models feature nine personality types, and the relationships among them are illustrated by this graph, which is called an enneagram. So the Structural Enneagram is like the old Enneagram. Along with that, it explains the shape of the 9-pointed graph.
